Yes, our design process is hands-on and personalized. Aaron meets with each client on-site to understand their vision, assess the space, and develop a custom layout. Rather than using digital renderings, Aaron maps out ideas directly on-site so you can visualize the flow and layout in real-time.

Absolutely! We encourage clients to share their preferences for plants, styles, and any special features they’d like to include. Aaron is skilled in selecting plants that work well with Tasmania’s climate, and he’ll guide you toward options that align with your vision and suit your maintenance preferences.

We provide short-term maintenance support for the first 3–6 months after a project to help establish your garden, including advice on watering, weed control, and plant care. After this initial period, we can recommend seasonal care tips, and we’re available for occasional support if needed, though we don’t offer routine maintenance as a standalone service.

We’re based in Launceston and typically work within a 1–1.5-hour radius, including surrounding areas and rural properties. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

Costs vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed, transparent quote based on your specific needs and preferences. Our goal is to work within your budget while delivering the highest quality results.

To book a consultation, simply fill out our Contact Form, call us directly, or email us. We’ll arrange a time to meet on-site, discuss your ideas, and assess the space. This consultation is the first step in creating a customized plan for your landscape.
